Our Story

We are a small boutique shop in the big apple, NYC. Our owner is from Japan and our team have travelled to Japan countless times. We have strong affinity and love for things and designs of Japan (not to mention food!). We’re pleased to show you the Japanese aesthetics with a touch of NYC sensibility. All the pieces on our sites are created by human hands!

In addition to Japanese aesthetics, we’re focusing on comfort. Not only they are beautiful, but they are also comfortable to wear or use. 

Our current featured line is Tedo Kimono Beaded Accessories. 

Tedo Kimono Beaded Accessories was created initially to support the recovery effort of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. Working closely with local artisans, we have uncovered skilled hands of women in North Eastern Japan. Each kimono bead is carefully rolled by hand.  With the eyes of Tokyo designers,  the unique patterns and fabrics of Kimono materials were made into the beautiful and playful accessories. One of a kind gift for her, him or yourself.
